Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with our product, we will provide replacement or store credit equivalent to the product price provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue immediately and make it right.
If a customer is not satisfied with the product, he/she can request for replacement of the product.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request once hearing the reason and validating it.
Store credit or replacement order will be processed within 3 – 6 business days from the date of approval.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
